Do you have a valid (not expired) Texas Learners License (Learners Permit)?

Did your teen complete a TDLR teen drivers ed program? 

• This certificate will be needed: DE-964 or DEE-964

• $75 (test only)
• $50 - doc. submission via DPS Portal 
• $25 document submission via DPS Portal -IF PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF INITIAL SCHEDULING 
• 3% convenience fee applied to ALL credit & debit card transactions
• Convenience fees are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• Master Card, Visa & Discover cards only (NO AMERICAN EXPRESS)

• Supplemental drive lessons packages that include the authorized DPS Road Test.
